I'm currently the PR/Media Relations Manager for the Reading Fightin Phils, the Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. In that role, I work closely with our front office on our marketing efforts and strategies, in addition to managing the team's brand on social media, online, and to the public.

 

I also work closely with our coaches and players to serve as a liaison between the team and the media. My media relations work includes, but is not limited to: updating daily game notes, distributing daily stats to coaches and media, daily press releases and game recaps, overseeing social media channels, coordinating post-game press conferences and fulfilling interview requests, working to distribute team information such as lineups, pitching rotations and more. I additionally provide feature content such as video and written features/interviews.

 

Additionally, I engineer and produce our on-air broadcast, which is distributed online on multiple streaming channels and MiLB TV. I set up/break down equipment, build/run our stream, and ensure a high-quality broadcast is provided to our listeners on a nightly basis. I also provide play-by-play and color commentary of our games, in addition to performing post-game interviews.
